All orders will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your package's journey. Chloe Sasha Candle Co. is not responsible for any lost packages.
Please be sure to double check your delivery address. Chloe Sasha Candle Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us, Chloe Sasha Candle Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges. We will be happy to ship your package back to an alternative address, but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.

We do not offer international shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always packaged with handling & transit taken into consideration. While we are careful about packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will work together to find a solution.
